Scoring function on protein-protein docking

Based on Dockground (, we developed a low-resolution scoring funcion for protein-protein docking. Each residue is represented as one pseudo-atom, the "centroid" of the side chain. We show that, the success rate of the scoring function can reach 85% in top 10 on Grammx decoys. The application of this scoring function is the CAPRI Scoring blind test. The result shows that our scoring function can successfully pick up acceptable prediction(T32_S16,
